Nihongo Bin - New Years Edition!

Nick back again to let you all know about our next Nihongo Bin!

On Tuesday, January 21st, we'll be meeting once again at Rosedale Library at 4036 Jefferson Hwy 70121. I'll be back in front with - and I know it's a little bit late - a discussion on Japan's New Years Celebrations! For those of you who have lived over there or been there during the times, you'll know that there are some things similar to us and some things totally different but I'll do my best to try to bring them all together for everyone to understand. And, with time permitting, I'm also planning on some quick info on Hayao Miyazakai as this IS Miyazaki Month in celebration of his birthday.

Now, due to time constraints at this location, we'll be starting promptly at 6:30 and ending as near to 7:30 as possible. This is our last time in this location and will be moving to our preferred location of the Old Metairie Branch starting February 13th and we'll also be moving the day to Thursdays for the time being. But that doesn't start till next month :). Aside from that, I'll see you all Next Tuesday!
