Hello one and all!!

We're here to remind you that the Japan Society of New Orleans is proud to be a Community Sponsor of the brand new NOLA Gaming Fest by the Indendent Gaming League! We are proud to be part of IGL's very first gaming event and we have TONS going on for it!

Not only will we have a table for you to drop by to visit and learn more about your favorite nearly-100-year-old-cultur al-non-profit, but you'll also be able to participate in TONS of fantastic gaming contest and events where you win fantastic money and prizes! But that's not all....

The JSNO will also be doing it's own fund-raising raffle. What will it be? Why, we'll be having a 50/50 raffle! What's a 50/50? It's simple:

Each ticket is either $5 or you may buy 5 tickets for $20. The money goes into the pot. When the raffle is pulled, the winner gets half the pot and the Japan Society gets the other half. So if the pot is $500 and you win, that's $250 for you and $250 for us. If the pot is $1000, $500 for you and $500 for the JSNO and on and on and on!! Potential HUGE CASH PRIZE With this! But we're not done yet..

JSNO has also partnered with IGL to host a Cosplay contest! This contest has FANTASTIC prizes offered by Pebble! That's right - You can win you're very own Pebble smart watch! All you have to do is have the best cosplay! First prize is a Pebble watch worth $250!!!! Break out them sowing machines, pain and trusty foam! It's time to build the best cosplay you can!
