Japanese Whisky Tasting Seminar

Japan Society of New Orleans is collaborating with Grande Krewe on a Japanese Whisky Tasting Seminar on Tuesday, 9/18 & Wednesday, 9/19.  Grande Krewe is located at 2305 Decatur St (in the Marigny). 

During the tasting, you will enjoy 7 outstanding whiskies along with comments and tasting guidance.  Learn about the Japanese whisky that won the International Whiskey Tasting.  In 2017 Beam Suntory Whiskies won 15 gold medals at the International Spirits Challenge.  Tasting will include: Hibiki Harmony Whisky, Hakushu 12 yr Whisky, Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky, Miyagikyo Single Malt, Taketsuru Pure Malt, Yoichi Single Malt, and Iwai Tradition Whisky.  Light snacks will also be served. 

Tasting begins at 6:30 and should end around 8 pm.  Seating is limited to 12 per evening.
