A truck driver stops at a small family-run noodle shop and decides to help its fledgling business. The story is intertwined with various vignettes about the relationship of love and food. Written and Directed by Juzo Itami, starring Ken Watanabe, Tsutomu Yamazaki and Nobuko Miyamoto.

NOLA Japanese Cinema Series is hosted by the Japan Society of New Orleans and Broad Street Cider & Ale. Must be 21 and over to attend. Admission is free - donations are welcome and are used to support future film screenings!
