Did you know New Orleans has a sister city in Japan? Last October, a few lucky people got to go to Matsue through Japan Society of New Orleans through the Tomodachi Program. Matsue is a historical city in Japan known for its samurai heritage and its wagashi (traditional sweets). Come learn more about this amazing city from one of the program attendees.
